I enjoyed this second installment of Saga just as much as the first! The artwork continues to blow me away with how gorgeous and strange it is, and the story is growing with some really interesting new worldbuilding.

Starsight (Skyward, #2)

“All right, M-Bot,” I said. “We have a problem. We might need to hijack that entire carrier ship.”
“Excellent,” M-Bot said. “Would you like your corpse cremated or ejected into space?”

I just couldn’t wait and picked up this sequel right after finishing Skyward! I was slightly hesitant going into the second novel, because I had heard some mixed reviews about it. And while it was not quite what I was expecting, it was still a great installment into the series. 4 stars!

Ok this book was so good! Why have I been sleeping on it this whole time?? For some reason I didn’t expect it to be as engaging and fast-paced as it was. I thought I’d like it, but not really like it. I’m glad I was wrong!

Oh my god. This book. It was so amazing. I was expecting to like this book, but I had no idea it would be so moving and powerful. It is beautiful. 5 brilliant stars.
